Police, Fire, Medical
Annual dues of $350 are due at the end of February. Residents can pay online through the TownSq app (App Store or Google Play. You may also pay by check via The Property Center or the method on your annual assessment notice. Contact board@cordilleraranchhoa.com with account questions.
No overnight street parking. RVs, boats, trailers, and ATVs may not be visible in front of the setback line. Guest vehicles may park on the street during the day but must be in the driveway at night.
Yes! Up to 5 laying hens are permitted. No roosters. All animals must be controlled and not create a nuisance.
All exterior changes require Architectural Committee approval before work begins — including fences, pools, sheds, additions, and major landscaping. Download and submit the Improvement / Architectural Request Form from the Documents page. The committee has 30 days to respond. Repainting in previously approved colors is exempt.
No front-yard fences. Side/rear fences must use approved styles, max 6 feet. Contact the board for approved styles. All fences require Architectural Committee approval.
The 2026 Annual HOA Meeting is on September 29, 2026 at Cross Timbers Church on Memorial. All homeowners are welcome. See the Calendar page for details.
